if any regular person does this it is robbery, and they go to jail. what is the point of owning anything if some cop can come along and claim "civil asset forfeiture" it can literally be done to anyone, and who really has the finances to hire a lawyer to try to get the items back that were STOLEN from you buy the very people sworn to protect you from having your stuff stolen
