  1. i would go to jail for beating the shit out of someone . i will bet the builder had to take out a loan or something to build the house and are now looking to turn a profit buy stealing this home from these people and selling it at a much higher price . this is theft and pure scum bag behavior . i would kill their reputation on all social media. before entering in to a contract like this be sure you own the land it is going to be built on to cover your ass
