  2.  @ryckedavisson3204  the bill in Louisiana is wanting to get rid of it, but putting in a second plate for the front of every car at a cost of 25.00 and adding another 5.00 to the cost of registration so they will lose 17.8 million but will gain something like 70 million a year thats the part thats not being broadcast in the news. so again the Louisiana legislature is pulling a fast one on its voters costing them more money. and no one is talking about it
