  1. he was traveling along the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge . it was first reported by WWL TV that he was dont 90 mph in an official police suv. he was not responding to a call or anything. had anyone else jumped out of their car and not been a cop we would have been shot. this is why you always record the police. they cut up their footage, but they cant touch yours
