how long till it gets to something like your home, car, or at its most extreme your own body. we have all seen the supreme court make radical decisions so far .

@kerwinbrown4180 but are those times changing good or bad ? i always look at not what a law or decision was meant for ,but i try to think of how it can be used to trample of the freedom Americans claim they hold so dear.

@kerwinbrown4180 if anything the last few ruling should tell you how much the courts care about precedents

@kerwinbrown4180 you really believe that. you really think that it wasn't a decision to placate to a certain religious zealotry in this country clouded under the guise of law . Roe v Wade was decided recently to pander to a small minority of religious zealots. nothing more or less. so on the one hand the supreme court says states have the right states rights to intrude on and tell half of the country you are not intelligent enough to make this decision , but in the same breath they tell a state you have the wrong states rights to pass laws concerning weapons and the paper work involved in owning or carrying one. and people like you cry and wonder how and why did Uvalde, sandhook, and Las Vagas and the 4th of July shooting could happen

@kerwinbrown4180 my exact point their entire decision was based on a certain religious belief. not the least of which there are many in this country who do not believe as they do. thusly you are by ruling you are telling some that their belief and the belief in a benevolent zombie absentee father figure holds more merit then the others. they also say it is because of the sanctity of human life, which is made up by who us the people that are alive. its all a big line of bullshit. if you have read anything you would know that it is these religious zealots who think all life is sacred are also the very same ones who support the death penalty. well if all life is sacred , then why do you support something that is literally taking another person s life. these people want nothing more than to TELL YOU HOW TO LIVE but don't try telling them how to live. you notice tho all the rulings that Thomas wants to revisit and "rollback ". conveniently for him tho he stopped at rolling back making interracial marriage illegal once again

@kerwinbrown4180 there should have been an 11th commandment " keep thy religious beliefs to thy self"

@kerwinbrown4180 civilization can be formed and maintained without the passing of laws or decisions that marginalize a part of that nations population. yes i am a hater. i hate that people try to force their beliefs on others thru law. if you support that type of action, im sure there are come countries in the middle east that will accept you. as long as you believe in THEIR GOD. if you dont you will be killed. sound familiar of what is slowly taking place here in the united states. i don't apologize that i want people to have their own beliefs, but i don't want those beliefs being used as a basis for passing of laws. for fucks sake we just spent 20 years of war in the middle east where RELIGIOUS LAW prevented the teaching of women, and now im watching these religious crackpots who think "they must save everyone" doing the same crap here
