as a veteran coping with ptsd this disgusts me. to see a fellow brother in arms being treated like this and ignored by local and federal government officials, there is just no excuse for this. the dog wasnt even near the cop when he first said the dog bit him. the more this goes on and the pure lack of respect for veterans who are crippled with various illnesses of varying degree need help. we veterans that need help dont deserve to be treated like this . i have 4 siberian huskies that help keep my mind busy and not allow it to wander back to my time of service. i love them dearly and they have helped me in so many ways , and because of instances like this, i am more afraid for the lives of my dogs than my own life around any cop. i dont trust them, and no else should trust them either.
