  7. no if i had to preside over that case and for some strange reason found this man guilty , then i would be a bit creative and have him repair at his cost then donate the laptops ,macs or pcs to schools to cover what his fine would be as well as community service lectures on why counterfeiting vs refurbishing is an important topic general ppl should want to know .
