  3. is there no county ordnance just looking at the condition of the home and yard. such as one for derelict vehicles, household refuse. im sure it is affecting the surrounding home values not to mention the safety of the locals

  5.  @jasonglessner1932  well after this a lot of fixing will be needed . but im talking about upgrades . you see a road that is being flooded more importantly if that road is an evac route , the monies should be used to elevate it

  6.  @King5HurtsChildren-gx9km  listen to the report again. the girl was in a crosswalk. not to mention the officer was "responding" to a a call with no lights or audible tones. which are put on police cruisers for that very reason to alert people to what ever. and how fast was he going over the posted limit again? i bet if you look there is a maximum speed at which officers can go over the posted limit. dont get butt hurt cause someone says something that hurts your feelings

The maximum speed limits set forth in this section may be altered as authorized in RCW 46.61.405, 46.61.410, and 46.61.415 1. However, law enforcement officers are authorized to drive vehicles at speeds that exceed the otherwise applicable limit but only when they are chasing or seeking to apprehend suspects 2. So, it is not clear if there is a specific law stating how fast officers can go above the posted speed limit in Washington.
