there is a difference between a peace officer, and a leo. a leo will use everything including excessive force to show dominance a peace officer has a brain and does exactly that keeps the peace . their first instinct isnt violence as soon as this cop pulled the tazer he intended to use it,and he didnt care on who now which one were you again ?

@weirdo24-7 no it isnt . i suggested you may have been a peace officer not a leo, even tho they are the same job. but if you feel you are a leo , well then im sure you did something to someone you shouldnt have

@weirdo24-7 because there is a difference . up until the Regan era police officers were called peace officers . to take a "stronger tac and to be more related to federal government during the "war on drugs" Nancy Regan speech they began to be called law enforcement officers. since then and after 20 years of a war mind set you have seen more LEO beatings and shooting of the civilians they are suppose to protect and serve, but now that even the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that the police have no duty to protect you, it is up to the citizens them selves. but how to you protect yourself against a cop that is clearly violating his department policy and the law. you cant fight back cause then you are charged with battery against a police officer. you are not charged with battery against a L.E.O . the entire premise is focused on the one word , enforcement. look up the definitions of both peace and enforcement. then you might understand that yes there is a difference between the two

if ti takes that many rounds them these cops need more weapons training so now you have half the department on paid leave after shooting a suspect

officer bully. i know of cops that were removed from departments for forcing someone by the neck like he did.
