I'd say I'm sorry you feel this way, but it'd be best to keep the mask off here, else you might not get the idea right?. If this woman really did come after you, then she didn't care for you in any way and you were an easy target with learned triggers. We are not inherently evil however, it's simply that we do not care and yet we have an overwhelming boredom that is present with us constantly, many of us learn to lie and otherwise manipulate others because it's a fast and easy way to relieve this boredom. I don't care to justify my existence to you, but I want you to know that being so absolute is invariably flawed. We are people and come in all shapes and attitudes.
