  1. Nostalgia is a weird one. But I like to think of it like this, it could indeed be described as a form of depression, but it's not your depression. Every seven or so years your body is fully replaced, all the pain and joy you've felt probably came from another man's lifetime. I think nostalgia is maybe what it feels like to look through your past selves memories, good and bad. Of course this most likely isn't true, but I feel this accurately describes what nostalgia itself feels like.
