  1. I live in Western Australia, where they want to open 4 new Uranium mines. My understanding is that uranium mining is even more destructive to the environment than regular mining. Lots of poisoned water gets released into the water table. Once it's extracted, nuclear is a lot cleaner, it's just getting it that's the problem.

  3. Pragmatic Constitutionalist Party Especially the areas they are proposing for burial. The desert ecosystem in the outback is incredibly fragile, and has a lot of really unique and endangered species.
