@Philalcala68, I know right? But it says right on the form 4437, that lying on the form is punishable with 5 years in jail because it’s a FELONY. So why don’t you try to argue that you shouldn’t be denied a handgun because you’re a drug abuser who lied on the form? Tell them that law isn’t strict enough and should be tougher. That’s the ticket 🙄

@jonathanmosher72, why don’t you try telling that to a licensed firearm dealer and then try buying a handgun. You obviously can show them a thing or two huh?

@ualdayan, WRONG, A reasonable person isn’t the deciding factor in a background check. Hunter Biden did something that made his background check come back invalid. So why was that? And why did he need to lie? And another line asks if you were dishonorably discharged from the military. Guess what? Hunter Biden was deemed a drug abuser when he was dishonorably discharged from the US Navy, they redacted his dd214 and changed it to administrative discharge. Oh yes they did
