@Jack C, Joe Biden tried 3 times when he was a senator to dismantle social security, Medicare, Medicaid, veterans benefits and veterans disability benefits. To say that he reversed his course on issues is stopping short of calling him a liar. He did a complete change of direction from when he ran for president in 2008.
