  1. answered is the not the right word. Answered would be when that dependance has been reduced. Whether this policy produces the desired result remains to be seen. Expecting PLI to be panacea for all the problems plaguing the manufacturing sector is short sighted and ill informed. Having a policy in place is not the same as producing desired results. Implementation and market environment are all important.
