  1. TSMC is what it is due in part because of it work culture. Americans over the years have developed an aversion towards that sort of system, Toxic you may call it. But it gets results.

  2.  @Grak70  Texas is not exactly indicative of the rest United States nowadays. They are far more intelligent, proactive and flexible, atleast when it comes to enterprise.
