People seem to have forgotten why The brits joined the EU in the first place and funny enough saw Brexit as a just a form "racist" cultural hostility to immigrants, immigration and social liberalism. BJ was definetly not the best person to lead country to go through with it, but an independant nation has much more flexibility than a supranational entity. AntiBrexiters were fairly intelligent people championing a blindly stupid cause while Brexiters where broadly stupid people championing an inevitable cause.
