  1. Capitalism works only when its tamed by some amount of union efforts. The key is to avoid union/labour militancy or other arbitrary and dysfunctional behaviours that goes for the employers too who should be considerate of workers concerns and grievances as much as possible so that in the long run the company's profit and the worker's interests are aligned as much as possible where it is feasible.
