There are left wing nuts here that have tagged this issue as neocolonialism without having a damn clue as to what it is. A nation ruled by incompetant bureaucrats that donot understand the concept of consequence becausr they never had to bear any. Retrospective taxing is as regressive as it can get, why not just flush thus country down the drain, a population resistant to labour law reforms and land reforms not to mention the fiasco with agricultural reforms, just raze it all and save the oxygen for the rest of the world.
