  1. Switzerland, albiet much less populace weapon handling discipline is ingrained in Swiss citizens during their mandated service. US's R2BA is much more about owning guns without any kindof even sensible regulations. Gun ownership in the US is unconditional. Plus most people whining about this seems to be non Americans who have no stake in this. US's gun laws didnt come into effect in the last decade. Gun ownership was prevelant before that.
