The thing that is holding this country is the avg citizens aspirations and enterprising spirit despite the state's best efforts to scuttle them in the name of idiotic statism(at very least learn how to govern effectively and competantly). Left wing intellectuals would rage and foam at the mouth screaming about the oppressive capitalists who fund their delusional pet fantasies, while right wing nuts salivate at the prospect of hollow jingoism, while muslims clamour for their regressive delusions and voters cry for free shit where ever they can get them. Truly a civilisation worthy of emulation.
