It safe to say that regardless of which political party controls the White House and Congress, it won't affect the foreign policy strategy of "containing" China. One of the few positives of superpower competition is the advancement of scientific and technological knowledge.
15
That's like asking a person with both legs amputated to "just walk!"
10
A better question would be to ask, "How did the British Empire peacefully change its capital from London, England to Washington, D.C.?"
5
The British Empire still exists as a superpower with a nearly unchanged foreign policy for the last century. In modern times, It's better known as the United States of America.

They can live together. The Palestinians are living now in an Israeli version of apartheid.
4
This is the Middle East. It's Saudi-Persian-Israeli thing. The US-Russia proxy war is currently in Ukraine.
3
@kaiserwilhelmbear5094 I didn't get one. What Democrat mailed them out?
2
Voting against Trump isn't fraud.
2
What's with all the envy? Are you in Russia or China?
2
Why do you think the Palestinians are angry to begin with?
1
Answer: NO. The Supreme Court rules on law and equitable relief. There has to be an actual case, controversy, or federal question. If they acted unilaterally, they would be essentially a second, unelected Congress.
1
Good point! I hope you, and other who've had Covid-19, make a complete recovery.
1
Why did you complain in 2016? There was a cyber attack from Russia, WikiLeaks, and James Comey reopening an investigation. All harmed Clinton To make it worse, the person with the most votes didn't even become president.
1
@KevZen2000 No it's not. You just get your info from far right sources. Russia wouldn't sanctioned if it were discredited. All Russia related documents filed in federal court are available online. In 2020, there's no escuse to be so uninformed.
1
@KevZen2000 He would have been re-elected if he were great. As much as you'd like it to get someone to change their minds, it won't work on me. If you don't like something, state it as your opinion. You can't cite your opinion as undisputed fact. The myth is that you know what your talking about (that my opinion - not a fact).

They were both superpowers, imperialist, and protected business and foreign policy interests around the globe. They're some of the few nations that had the capability of serving as the "world's police," so of course, there are going to be wars and conflict traced by to colonialism and US foreign policy.
1
@elitebravesfan1014 Nope not a crime, but if it's a frivolous lawsuit it's wasting judicial resources and clearly proceeding against advice of counsel.

The campaigns did a survey in the summer to see how the electorate would vote. Because Covid-19 has become political, most Democrats were worried about being exposed to the virus and discouraged because the lines at the polling locations would be too long. When Trump became are, he told his voters not to use mail in because it's fraud and Democrats would cheat. He tried to get the post office to delay the mail and GOP governors started using the same talking point and started restricting locations to vote.
1
@drivethrupoet I could've sworn you just, "how did they know Biden voters preferred mail?" Answer: polling.
1
@drivethrupoet You would know if you got the State Sec. of State / election boards website instead youtube comment. All of this is public record, and none of it will change the outcome of the election.
1
Guess Dr. Fauci won't be getting fired now.
1
Long live Jamal Khashoggi.

Russia is sided with the Syrian government, and the US was there because ISIS attacked Europe.
1
@khan9319 Have you noticed after all these years neither Russia nor Syria have explicitly told the US to get out? The US wouldn't leave regardless, but they could have publicly demanded it.
1
*Vote/ballot cast and it's in statue, not the constitution. We've never finished counting on election.
1
@brightonharris7405 No. Those are two totally different situations. You can't go into a federal and get them change a law issue an order unless there's case or controversy. There isn't one. In Bush v. Gore, Bush actually had an case that was urgent, and the only was the Supreme Court. Gore ask a recount in Florida after he lost. If they would have counted, it could have delayed the Electoral College, so they stopped it. The Supreme Court isn't political, and the reason why Biden has already announced is because there's no way for Trump to win.
1
Nah bro. They mostly hear appeals, expect for their original jurisdiction. There hasn't been any actual case yet.
1
@switzyj So the Palestinians are living in paradise on Earth?
1
@switzyj If that's the case, what is the long-term strategy? Are you planning on remaining hostile for another century, two-state solution, or make peace deal with other Arab States to isolate the Palestinians (Whom you don't differentiate from Hamas)?

Mohammed Mossadegh was democratically elected as prime minister, and quickly passed the law nationalizing the oil refineries of Anglo-Iranian Oil Company (British Petroleum) because of the dispute with workers and how much of the oil revenue belongs to the Iranian Government. The company and oil assets were owned by the British and access to Persian oil had been considered a critical supply of oil reserves for America and Britain, and it would be needed if NATO were to ever go to war with Soviet Union. The objective of the coup was to remove Mossadegh and his government, and increase the power of the US-friendly Shah to protect oil supply and prevent the regional spread of communism. The Iranian Revolution and US-Iranian relations since them are now part of history.

It's not. The judges aren't politicians (as in they can't raise money or endorse a candidate). The politicians use groups like the Heritage Foundation and American Bar Association to screen the judges and view their past decisions.
1
@kipepeo8626 In law, each judge has a doctrine on how the text of the law should be interpreted. Conservative judge interpret the text for the literal meaning it had when written. A liberal justice is more likely to change the law based on the theory that the constitution should be a living text.
1
@kipepeo8626 Every since Roe v. Wade, school desegregation, and Civil Rights, the Republican party has been more supportive of conservative justices. Now for whatever reason Republican are considered conservative and Democrats are considered Liberal, but each person has their own interpretations of politics.
1
@kipepeo8626 Do you have legal background or are you in the US?
1
@kipepeo8626 That's great. I asked because we use the English common law legal system in the US, and it's our judges who say what the law and constitution mean. In non-English speaking countries, it a lot different.
1
And a drone with Jesus Christ on it.

Not happening.
