  1.  In the name of scientific progress  I've got nothing against the GOP. I was once a consistent Republican voter before they became a fascist cult that only worships one man. It depends on the issue for me to pick a side between Republicans and Democrats. Right now, the Democratic Party is the only major party that resembles a normal American party interest in governing rather than culture wars and worshipping a single man before God and country.

The allegations I've made are based on civil-law liability, and not criminal law. When the governments commits a civil wrong or fails to comply with some contractual duties, then depending on the circumstances, they can be found liable for damages.

It's more related rapid post-Covid-19 economic growth and all of the money printed during the Great Recession now being spent in the economy.

There are indicator to alert investors when the market is about to crash. You could tell before the Great Depression and the Great Recession, so I want to know the experts you're talking about?

Forgive my rudeness and trolling earlier, but it appearing that you genuinely believe Congress has no enforcement powers or the contempt powers that every Court of Law has, right? I understand that you think that since Trump is no longer in office and a private citizen then Congress is basically like a former employer, and doesn't have the force of law over him and can't compel him to comply like a court could. Is that right?

The constitution gives Congress as a whole the power to sit as court in limited circumstances: (1) when any individual in the capitol or involved in official business obstructs a Congressional function or is found in contempt of Congress; or (2) when the Senate sits as a Court of Impeachment. Congress delegates most of its judicial powers to US District Courts in the District of Columbia. In the second impeachment of Donald Trump, the Articles of Impeachment [2] were voted while while he was still in office. Now that there is a trial in the Senate and the Chief Justice will preside, it will be no different than any other federal court proceeding. The Senate can call witness and subpoena evidence.
