  1. So you happened to pick a stock going up in the long term as an example of how stoicism benefited you. But what if it went to zero, then what would your conclusion be?? And is in fact picking very speculative investments practicing stoicism at all? Food for thought. Great video by the way, made me think that stoicism is just a fancy way of saying we should temper our emotions.

  2. I can relate to your experience. You have practiced a frugal lifestyle for so long in order to achieve your goal and now that you have the means to spend much more it is very much against your nature to do so. So do you become a big spender just because you can or is that going against your core beliefs?? That's the dilemma!
