  1. 29:31 - Oftentimes that's not actually possible, since the source language has phonemes that don't actually exist in English. And even when that's not an issue, oftentimes the commonly-used transliteration was developed using the orthography of a language other than English (which pronounces the same letters in different ways), or's a transliteration of an older pronunciation that's since undergone sound shifts in the native language.
