If Rodney had aggressively pursued de Grasse's defeated force at the Saintes, a) how likely is it that he'd've been able to bag the entire deployed portion of the French battleline (as his critics afterwards alleged he'd passed up the opportunity to do), and b) if he had managed to bag de Grasse's entire fleet, what effects would that've had going forwards?
