  1. 10:30 - I don't actually see its low speed being much of an issue for a Habakkuk; the advantage of high speed for a carrier is that it allows aircraft to get up to flying speed before they run out of flight deck, and a Habakkuk is just so big that aircraft could simply accelerate to takeoff speed using their engines, like on a land-based airport. And one more point in Habakkuk's favor: ice and wood/paper pulp are not exactly high in scrap value. As for how to take one out of action: short of nuclear weapons, I'd say your best bet might be to fill a whole bunch of armor-piercing shells/bombs with some really-potent, really-persistent poison gas, fill a bunch more with some really-hot incendiaries like magnesium or thermite, and try to contaminate enough of the ship to make it impractical to salvage, using the incendiary shells to melt wound tracks down through the ship and create more avenues for the gas to spread throughout. Alternatively, if you're feeling cruel enough, fill some armor-piercing shells with anthrax spores combined with a mechanism to efficiently aerosolize same and give its entire crew pulmonary anthrax.
