  3. 5:25 - The sad part about that is that the emperor was so unpopular by the end of the war (as was the rest of the Japanese government; leading your country into a war that literally leaves it bombed back to the stone age and on the brink of mass famine tends to do bad things to your popularity) that the Japanese public'd've very likely been happy to see Hirohito hanged (as, IAH, he certainly deserved).
