  1.  @Poldovico  If the reason for the trial is unjustified, though, then the orders issued in the course of that trial are no longer lawful court orders.

  2.  @Jaxck77  They shouldn't even've been able to file their suit against Donziger in the first place, on the grounds of unclean hands (you aren't allowed to use the law against someone else if you're breaking it yourself).

  3. I'm genuinely confused. Given Chevron's own proven corrupt dealings, how were they even able to countersue Donziger in the first place without their suit being barred by the unclean-hands doctrine?
