1:52 - If you want to be able to concentrate on your duties without getting sued, then avoid doing things that could justify you being sued, just like, y'know, literally everyone who doesn't work for the government does. All immunizing government officials from suit does is allow said officials to violate people's rights and get away with it.

4:47 - Indicting, arresting, and even imprisoning the president wouldn't "effectively 'remove' [the] President", though. Even an imprisoned president would still be able to sign or veto bills, nominate people for federal offices, give executive orders, etc.; you'd just need to bring the bills to the prison for them to sign or veto and transmit the news of nominations, executive orders, etc. from the prison to the outside world, just like when ordinary prisoners send and receive mail (although presumably with higher levels of security for bills and messages in transit than would be the case for most ordinary prisoners).
