4:43 - On the other hand, high-volume high-speed propellant transfer is a mature, proven technology now, thanx, ironically, to NASA.

Why wouldn't the Falcon Heavy be able to share the Falcon 9's human-rating? The Falcon Heavy is literally a Falcon 9 with a reinforced first stage and two additional Falcon 9 cores strapped on the sides.

8:30 - On the other hand, used rocket stages are big and light, meaning that they slow down a lot more quickly higher in the atmosphere and don't heat up as much in the process compared to something small and dense like a nuclear warhead or manned capsule.

Regarding the lack of potential payloads big enough to benefit from asparagus staging, isn't the main reason for that that there currently aren't any launchers big and powerful enough to put them into orbit? (I.e., you'll start seeing those sizes of payloads after someone starts building a rocket big enough to carry them?)
