Regarding the spontaneous pitchover tendencies of the shuttle you launched at about the ten-minute mark, couldn't that also be an advantage (i.e., if you'd launched it facing the other direction, you'd be rewarded with a free gravity turn)? Not trying to sound like I think I know better than you (sorry if it came out sounding that way); just registering a comment.
