And if the public had been told it would cost a trillion dollars in military aid, a trillion dollars in reconstitution and a trillion dollars in economics damage to Europe they would have simply said no in the first place. So now here we are: half a trillion dollars in various aids, most probably half a trillion dollars in reconstitution will be needed and the economic damage to Europe is probably approaching half a trillion dollars. And the European citizens are increasingly saying enough is enough

  4. The current combined defence budget of the EU is already twice the Russian budget (and I am not counting the UK). And it has been the case for decades. How comes Europe should increase its budgets? Should be way enough, isn't it?
