  9. Excellent explonation. But I would probaby add the movement "Jews for Jesus", they were active in 1990s, some sort of new Judeo-Christians and "Subbotniki" sect under russian peasants in 19-20 century.

  10. As I know the most sociaties in Latin America are simply based on race. The advantage of Jews that they are "white" in those countries.
