  7.  @Pinkhairedkilla  The economy affects mostly the quantity, how many children people are willing to have. I don't think there's a marked increase in childless people but where before many couples would have 2 or even 3 kids, now they go with just 1. You can add some sociological aspects like different generational trends to the mix as well
