  18.  @rahulmaron  I would suggest you take a look at the terrain that surrounds Lahaina on Google Maps or Street View... it's downright arid. The houses are not close together? Once again watch the town from above.

  19.  @terencem8795  Because there were 2 or 3 different fires, so the possibility of 3 different cigarettes being tossed at the same time is ludicrously low. Power lines came down making sparkles. Dry vegetation and cyclonic winds did the rest.

  33. Nothing weird about it. Boats like cars are quite flammable. Besides many trees were vaporized and others are standing but dead. Only a few survived.
