  7.  @Bungle-UK  It's not pure speculation, it's based on models and trends. A pure speculation is saying snow will cover the Sahara by 2030. The word "could" already denotes that the projection is not 100% certain, but between 0% and 100% there's a huge difference.

  9. @@ummerrahh There was no prediction that the glaciers would be gone by 2014... that would imply Antarctica would be no more which is impossible. The Maldives shoreline is now bigger? Where the hell are you getting that info?
