Comments by "soundscape26" (@soundscape26) on "Maui fire: At least 93 people killed in Hawaii wildfires" video.
Both the alarmists and the deniers.

Ah, nice of you to take advantage of a tragedy for cheap political points.
4
It matches the definition of wildfire though.
4
This is not a movie... even though there are some clues already, wait for the investigation.
4
Yeah, standing up but dead. Plus the ones that were vaporized. You should inform a bit better about these kinds of scenarios.
3
Life is not a cartoon.
2
Yeah, weather warfare... is that the best you can come up with?
2
Yeah, 15-minute cities and the fire in Lahaina... what's the connection again?
2
How nice to take advantage of a tragedy for cheap political shots.
2
@keithadams1538 Some of the more modern non-wood buildings survived. The whole retail park too. Modern constructions with different safety standards.
2
@stewybstewy Yeah right... proof of what you're saying?
2
Ahh, nothing like taking advantage of a tragedy for cheap political jabs.
2
Think a little. They knock electricity infrastructure down and that create sparks.
2
@scottsprowl7484 Not all trees are made the same, some are more fire resistant than others due their composition.
2
@markcynic808 What was not honest?
1
@markcynic808 I don't think she was referring to the area around Lahaina but in Maui as a whole.
1
Standing but dead. Many tries were vaporized though.
1
There are a few houses still standing away from downtown, so there's a lucky few people.
1
They seem to have directed one to your head.
1
They have tons of places in Maui to develop luxury properties, they don't need to build it over a destroyed city.
1
He's not needed there.
1
@JayQuellin1 He's needed in the White House to keep Republicans away.
1
Is that the best you can come up with?
1
This is not a cartoon.
1
Some of them, others are no more.
1
Ah nice, taking advantage of a tragedy for a cheap political shot.
1
@chriscann2774 Help to Maui won't be affected by that.
1
Was it? Gotta prove it.
1
Where will you find empty cruise ships sailing the Pacific?
1
@k.doolittle2473 You already know their plans? Amazing.
1
@k.doolittle2473 Haven't seen it anywhere.
1
Very few trees are green, most of them were either vaporized or are black, i.e. dead.
1
So? Remind me of who was in charge in Louisiana during Katrina...
1
Yeah... it's pants. Life is not a cartoon.
1
Standing but dead. Others were vaporized so yeah, you cannot see them anymore.
1
@bobbykiefer4306 Bold if you to assume the OP has any knowledge on trees... she only knows they're green and have a trunk.
1
There's plenty of help on the ground already.
1
@JacK-cs7kt FEMA is already on the ground is it not?
1
Because they want to I guess.
1
An attack of what?
1
@keithadams1538 As clean as they were before is a bit of an exaggeration, we're seeing footage mostly aerial, if you come closer I'm sure there'll be some marks. All in all you have old wood buildings that were vaporized, more recent timber ones that are half destroyed and the modern ones that resisted better, either partially or totally. Same with trees, as not all trees are made equal, some are more fire resistant than others.
1
@keithwatson8228 The hell is "the smart island"?
1
Energy poles coming down as a result of cyclonic winds.
1
@CorgSunshine Try something a little less cartoonish and a bit more provable.
1
It's much easier to mount a makeshift immediate response among private citizens.
1
Electrical infrastructure coming down and sparking dry vegetation. It's been reported time and time again.
1
Resorts are built with different security codes. That's why Lahaina's retail park survived and the regular wood houses didn't.
1
Ah yes... taking advantage of a tragedy for a cheap political shot.
1
What? There's a ton of burnt bushes and trees... just compare the before and after.
1
@stevencorrea8032 Do you talk like that with real people as well or it just on the internet?
1
@bobbykiefer4306 Not in Lahaina obviously, she was referring to Maui as a whole.
1
@LasVegasGinger You're going to prove that or...
1
@JohnofthefamilySmith Many channels don't allow posting links on their comments section, nothing unusual about that.
1
They are already getting it.
1
@flashgordon6510 So him having no comments to make indicates he's not offering help? FEMA is already on the ground.
1
He doesn't like Hawaii?
