  7.  @MrN-e1p  Restaurants are open so that everybody else can go out eat if they want. Doesn't mean every retail activity should close but there's not much of a valid reason to have most stores open on Sundays even more with the ever growing online shopping.

  8.  @MrN-e1p  Yes they are but just because you can't give the Sunday off to every retail worker doesn't mean you can't give to the majority of them. It's not an all or nothing situation. Also restaurant workers already knew it would be like that when they applied to work in the business.
