@PaiMei667 That he didn't have a driver's license it's a no-brainer since he was only 17 but honestly I have no idea where you found the other info. It seems like someone made that up to make him look bad.

@chrisb.5891 It's not my job to come up with solutions to stop drivers in situations like these but I'm sure police officers are trained to deal with them without resorting to lethal force. Still, the trial will tell us a bit more about this and how much it was justified and how much it was not. What I also know is that a lot of stuff about Nahel was made up... like his past criminal record. Those are made with malicious intent.

@PaiMei667 Yes, I'm aware of that article on Wikipedia. It links to one source only... maybe it's true maybe it's not. Almost none of all other media outlets shed any light on that. What I'm trying to avoid is justifying his killing because he had a criminal past.

@chrisb.5891 The details don't make any difference? Yes, that's why there's an investigation going on plus a possible trial. Maybe they should forget about it and move on. 🙄

@freeman4871 Then why am I not having any of those problems with the multicultural people that live around me? You cannot reduce this to multiculturalism alone. And these folks were already born in France, they didn't come from Afghanistan or something.
