  4. I think this comes down to Townships vs Cities. The big box companies are taking advantage of the city limits to lower their taxes. If municipalities cooperate more, they can probably find better solutions. In my town, they fight with the county over funds all the time. The big city pulls in most of the revenue and the County spends it, and tries to make rules the city must follow.

  7. ALDI's? We have them here too. They're very limited in their stock, but they do outprice Walmart on some staple foods.
