  12. Prosecutors have a long history of lying and suppressing evidence. In this case though, a mistrial could be a mistake for the defense because the judge appears to be biased as well, and he could be grounds for an appeal by himself.

  31. I had some nose bleeding along with the fever. I thought it was from allergies and dry air. It went away after about a week. I assume it's related to the way the virus attacks the nasal passage and kills your sense of smell. From what I understand, the number of clotting incidents are the same for people who've never been vaccinated.

  47. Think of all the money they could have saved by just making a bullpup .270 Win combat rifle and machine guns. That being said, I like the M7 way more than my malfunctioning old M-16, and yes, the plastic stock pieces were made by mattel. Better than having them made in China, don't you think? The new M-250 can replace both the SAW and the M-40. There is no need for a third option. The M-338, whomever winds up getting the contract will be a welcome, weight-saving replacement for the .50Cal Ma Deuce in light infantry use. I think they are really on track with this latest program. The one vehicle I don't like is the open cab troop transport. I think it's a bad idea trying to be good. They really need to redesign it with better protection from the elements and small arms fire.
