  13. Just my opinion, but I think the factors that led to both World Wars are increasing in severity. There are lots of reasons to prepare for some kind of catastrophe. It could be an environmental one brought about by climate change or it could be brought about by war. There could even be some astronomical event. It is certainly not unbeneficial to be prepared for these things. Market fluctuations and their effects can be moderated by this approach as well.
