  2. We could use these to get rid of carbon. Use Helium and Nanofibers. Make the base like the Eiffel Tower. Use Heat Engine technology to raise carbon dioxide above the atmosphere and process it into rocket fuel and materials. Guess where the heat comes from? Peru and Indonesia. You have to build these high above Equatorial Volcanoes.
