Who enforces international law? Nobody! Don't think they're doing this alone.   4. This just makes me mad when I think about the EPA alllowing fracking runoff to be pumped into some of our underground aquifers. They weren't the best quality, but now it's going to be a lot harder to use that water when we need it. Climate Change is redistributing the resources everywhere. [Bots and Live Hackers are getting bolder. They've been interfering in my replies in the "objects." My neighbor is a Culligan Man. I told him water would be a big deal back when I first moved here over ten years ago. He was surprised. 😲
