  1. Strategy? Who says he's got a strategy? He's just evil, like Darth Vader. Really, the reason he agreed to this deal was exactly this, so he could inflict pain by withrawing the offer. Ukraine should now concentrate on this fleet. Anywhere that gets a rise out of Putin is an effective target! This is above all a psychological war between Zelenski and Putin, so pour it on!
