  1. We only wish China is neutral. They're about as neutral as North Korea, and BTW, it doesn't take a reentry capable warhead to set off an EMP. They can get Kim to do that, ans while while he's making noise, they can come right across the Arctic with everything they've got. You've got to look at the value of war from their ponit of view, not your own. They only care about their people as a revenue generator and a reservoir of troops.
