  1. The only way I can see to deal with this is to surround the power plant and cut them off from supply and tactical information so they can no longer attack from there. Make those bastards surrender and face war crimes trials. The railway is cautiously up again. I think they're taking a big chance to save face, because either of these two bridges could collapse as the hidden internal damage is stressed by traffic. I'm thinking of the Ramagen bridge in WWII. It lasted a few days before it finally collapsed. It would be nice if they could hit it again though, just to be sure.
