They were never going to be allowed to have a will of their own. This is going to be the pinnacle of robot warfare, and we are going to still be calling them drones. He is either complicit with Russia, or just seeking fame like Neville Chamberlain did before WWII. Nevertheless, Russia will be in a better position and won't back down. That will lead them to start a much larger war, especially if China is actually backing them in all this.
