@SenatePalpatinetroller Thank You, now it becames a little clearer how You think. However NATO rules say that NATO can invite new members, but put no demands of their voting procedure. So it is up to new members to follow their own Constitutions. Advisional referendums can be used for questions that do not follow the party lines. If all parties unites they have no meaning. It is always the Parliament that makes decitions., also after a refererendum. Note that the Scandinavian countries have parlamentarism, i.e. the Parliament can kick out the government any day.
